- preparation of the financial plan and budget proposals within the expected revenues and expenses related to teaching
- recording elements of costs and expenses approval, recording budget limits related to the basic budget, subsidies, refunds, postgraduate studies and other areas such as teaching, renewal and repairs, investments and special funds
- preparation of reports on the implementation of the material and financial plan
- preparation of monthly and annual reports on the implementation of the budget related to revenues and expenses reported by the Jagiellonian University entities
